By booking an appointment through booking.sissyalaje.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointment Booking
- All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or approved communication channels.
- A valid name, phone number, and email address are required when making a booking.
- Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your selected service.
2. Deposits & Payments
- Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
- Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
- No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the booked service and may require a deposit for future bookings. These policies are common within the salon industry.
4. Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled.
- Full service charges may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival.
5. Hair Preparation Requirements
To ensure the best results:
- Hair must be clean, dry, and free from excessive product buildup before your appointment.
- Additional fees may apply for detangling, washing, blow-drying, or extra preparation time if required.
6. Service Duration
- Service times displayed during booking are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, density, and desired style.
- Additional charges may apply for extra length, thickness, or custom requests.
7. Satisfaction Policy
- We strive to provide high-quality services.
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can reasonably address any concerns.
- Refunds are generally not provided for completed services.
8. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk to the client or stylist.
9. Children & Guests
- Due to limited space and safety considerations, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
10. Photography & Marketing
- Photos or videos of completed hairstyles may be taken for quality assurance, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
- If you prefer not to appear in any promotional content, please inform your stylist before your service begins.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Sissyalaje reserves the right to refuse service to any client who:
- Displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
- Repeatedly cancels or fails to attend appointments.
- Fails to comply with salon policies.
12. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our booking services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
