Please select the earliest available time for your preferred appointment date.
A $50 reservation fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be applied toward your total service cost.
Hair extension color must be selected during the booking process.
If no color is selected, we will provide Black (#1 or #1B) by default.
Available colors include: #1, #1B, #2, #4, #27, #30, #33, #350, #613, and Burgundy.
If you prefer a color not listed above, you are welcome to bring your own hair extensions.
Hair must be thoroughly shampooed, fully blown out, and free from oils, gels, or other styling products prior to your appointment.
If you prefer specific hair products to be used during your service, please bring them with you.
Hair extensions are provided for most styles unless otherwise stated in the service description.
Braiding services require time and attention to detail. We prioritize quality over speed to ensure the best results.
If you have a strict schedule, please book on a day when you can comfortably accommodate your service time.
A 15–30 minute break may be required during longer appointments.
We may take photos or videos of completed hairstyles for business records and social media content.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please include a note during booking or inform your stylist before your service begins.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
A $20 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes of lateness.
Excessive lateness may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
If your service does not begin within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time after you have arrived, we will credit you $20.
Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee.

The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.
